How do I connect and configure a VESDA LaserFOCUS? |

You will need a laptop, the VSC software and a 9 pin male to female serial lead (all pins straight through) to connect to a VESDA LaserFOCUS. |

What size holes do I need in my pipe? |

The hole size and quantity is quite critical on a correctly designed VESDA system. Your designer should have used the ASPIRE software program which provides full details of all holes. |

During the installation of VSC I get an error:-
Error code: -6001 from the Install Shield Wizard. How do i install VSC. |

The problem can be caused by a previous installshield installation (possibly for another product) that has become corrupt. To fix the problem, use Windows Explorer to find the directory: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\Runtime\10" Right-click on the "10" directory and rename it to "Temp". Try the installation again.
